Josh was born and raised in Carroll and is proud to call it home.
A 2011 graduate of Kuemper Catholic High School, Josh earned his bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Management from Iowa State University in 2015. After graduation he came back to Carroll to start his career at Mid-Iowa, following in the footsteps of his father, Terry.
Working alongside Terry and Mike Franey, Josh gained valuable experience and an appreciation for the relationships, personal service and community commitment that have been the foundation of Mid-Iowa for generations, and he's helping carry that into the agency's next chapter.
Josh believes doing business in a small community means more than serving customers. It means building lasting relationships, earning trust and being there when people need you most.
Community involvement is an important part of Josh's life. He has served on the Carroll Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Home Mutual Insurance Board of Directors, and as co-chair of the St. Anthony Regional Hospital Golf Outing. He also serves as President of the Carroll Area Day Care Center and is an active member of Holy Spirit Parish in Carroll.
Outside the office, Josh enjoys time with his family. He married his high school sweetheart, Morgan, in 2019, and together they are raising their three children, Willy, Ellason and Kendall.
For Josh, Carroll isn't just where he does business. It's where he grew up, where he's raising his family and where he's committed to making a difference for generations to come.
