Rentals
Apply for a rental
Fill this out once and we'll call you about what's open. Each person who will sign the lease fills out their own application.
- Send the application. Have your landlord, employer and reference phone numbers handy.
- We'll call you. We'll go over your application, what's open, and anything else we need from you.
- We check with the landlord and employer you list before we decide.
How we review applications
- Income we can verify. If you're retired or not working, other regular monthly income we can verify, such as investments, trust funds, child support or alimony.
- At least 6 months of rental or payment history in the last 2 years that we can verify with a landlord, with no more than 2 late payments or returned checks a year. References from family or friends don't count toward rental history.
- A criminal background check is part of the review.
- We deny an application for false information on the application, an eviction for cause, unresolved debt to a landlord, a conviction for a violent, sexual, drug-related, property-damage, theft or weapons offense, or not being able to pay the full security deposit when the lease is signed.
