His designations include Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) and Graduate, REALTOR Institute(GRI). He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Iowa Association of Realtors.
When Mike joined Mid Iowa Insurance in 2004. He created Mid Iowa Real Estate which he currently owns along with Terry Axman and Fred Dolezal. Mike is licensed to sell insurance.
He is married to wife, Lynda, who has joined him at Mid Iowa Real Estate. Mike has a stepson Payton and of course the spoiled rotten dog Annie. His positive attitude and high energy assure you an enjoyable experience.

I have been selling real estate in Carroll and surrounding communities since 1995. I am a Broker Associate with Mid Iowa Insurance and Real Estate in Carroll, Iowa.
I have earned several professional designations including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of Realtors® that is held by only 4% of the Realtors in America. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. I have also earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. and the e-Pro designation recognizing my marketing skills with internet and technology.
I recently earned the Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designation. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, I have had in-depth training on proven staging principles and techniques that have resulted in increased selling prices and reduced market time.

She grew up on a family farm outside of Carroll and attending the Carroll Public Schools where she graduated from Carroll High School in 2010. From there, Holly attended Iowa State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business in December of 2013.
Holly has been licensed in real estate and began working for Mid Iowa Real Estate in May 2014. She loves working with buyers & sellers. Her familiarity with the area is a great tool for her clients. Being a full time Realtor, she is able to help her clients by always staying on top of the market. She is a member of the West Central Iowa Regional Board of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors & National Association of Realtors.
Holly loves spending time with her son, Nolan, daughter, Jacie & husband, Eric. They currently live outside of Halbur. In her free time you can find her relaxing at the lake with her family or cheering on the cyclones!

In 2001 I received my Insurance license for Personal Lines Insurance and have expanded the licenses to include Commercial Lines and Crop Insurance. In 2005 I obtained my Real Estate license. In January 2016 I took on a position with Mid Iowa Insurance and Real Estate. I have also earned Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2016 which is held by only 3% of Realtors in the nation.
I am a member of the Iowa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and West Central Board of Realtors. I have served as a Committee Member for the Carroll Chamber of Commerce Ag Golf Outing since 2005. For fun I enjoy going to NASCAR races, cycling, golfing, and canoeing.
