Mike Franey

Mike Franey heads the real estate division and has over a decade of real estate experience in the Carroll area. His positive attitude and high energy assures you an enjoyable experience. Service to the community is high on Mike's priorities! He is an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Family Resource Center, Carroll Jaycees and is the currently a member of the Executive Board of the Carroll Chamber of Commerce.

Donna Pudenz

Donna Pudenz is a broker associate with over a decade of real estate experience. She is a life long resident of the Carroll area and understands the market thoroughly. Mike and Donna are the only two Realtors in the Carroll area to have met the requirements needed to earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of Realtors that is held by only 4% of the Realtors in America.

Jacque Masching

Terry Axman

In 1994, Terry Axman left Colburn & Elk Insurance & Real Estate in Storm Lake, IA, after 8 years to become a partner in Mid-Iowa. Handling all lines of insurance and real estate, Terry can take care of your needs. Active in the Independent Insurance Agents serving on the technical affairs committee, serving on both the board of the Carroll Area Child Care Center and the Carroll Chamber of Commerce, and also coacing several youth soccer, baseball, and football teams is just a sample of Terry's belief of giving something back.

Fred Dolezal

Under the leadership of Fred Dolezal, for the past 30 years, Mid-Iowa has become the leading insurance provoder in the Carroll area. A past president of the prestigious Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa, a board member of the Carroll Area Development Corporation, and the St. Anthony Regional Hospital exemplifies Fred's commitment to both his trade and his community. Kathy Cavitt

Heading up the personal lines is Kathy Cavitt. Kathy has been with Mid-Iowa for 25 years. Be it auto, homeowners, or any other personal lines coverage, Kathy has the experience to manage your insurance needs.

Natalie Bruggeman

The Friendly face you see when reporting a claim or asking about health insurance is Natalie Bruggeman. Having been with Mid-Iowa for 17 years Natalie can take the pain out of the claims process or dealing with health insurance issues. Volunteering for the Glidden schools general and music booster clubs along with serving on the Glidden swimming pool committee has occupied many of her free hours in the past few years. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Family Resource Center.

Lori Willenborg

Responsible for servicing all commercial accounts is Lori Willenborg. Starting with Mid-Iowa in 1980, Lori is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial lines insurance. Dedham is home for Lori where she has given many hours of service to organizations including the St. Joseph's Parish Finance Board, St. Joseph's Guild Officer, Holy Spirit School Board, FFA Alumni Officer, and the Dedham Booster Club.
